Visa and Travel Advice
Participants from most countries do not need to apply for a visa to visit France (including USA, UK, EU/EEA, Canada, Australia, NZ, and Japan). See https://france-visas.gouv.fr and select “check my situation” to verify visa advice specific to your country.
For those who need to apply for a short-term Schengen Visa (less than 90 days), they can apply online at France-Visas, https://france-visas.gouv.fr. If biometric data is required, an in-person appointment at a designated visa application center or French consulate may be necessary. If required, the local organising committee can issue an invitation letter to help facilitate the application.
