Mathematical Modeling
- This site
supports the modeling text A Course in Mathematical Modeling, by Mooney and
Swift (MAA, 1999). It provides some additional modeling projects and data sets,
as well as links to other modeling pages and sources of modeling software. The
site also solicits contributed models.
- International Federation of Operational Research
Societies
- The site
includes the society newsletter, journals, meetings, job announcements, etc.
There is an Educational Resources Project underway, a developing countries
newsletter, and a recreational operations research page with puzzles, problems,
and games.
